If you're having difficulties with an app we recommend you try the following steps to resolve the issue:


Update the App


Go onto the Google Play Store and locate the app you are having difficulties with. If there is the option to update, try pressing this. We recommend you back up your phone and content first.


Force Stop


Go to settings on your Android phone or tablet. Click apps and then the select the app you are having difficulties with. Press 'force stop'. Try and open the app again. 


Clear the Cache


Go to setting on your Android phone or tablet. Click apps and then the select the app you are having difficulties with. Click on 'clear cache'.


Uninstall and Re-install the App


You can uninstall apps from your Android phone or tablet. Go to your devices settings menu, select 'Apps' or 'Application Manager' (these names can differ, depending on your phone or tablet). Touch the app you'd like to remove, then click 'uninstall'.


Search for the app you'd like to re-install through Appcessible or through the Google Play Store, directly on your device.
