If your app isn't working please try the following steps to resolve it.
Try Updating Your Devices Software
Software updates can sometime fix a 'broken' app. They may also offer updated features for your iphone, iPad or iPod. To learn how to update click here. We'd also recommend you back up your phone before updating.
Try updating the App
Setting apps to automatically update can be a good idea. This will save you from manually updating them yourself. To set apps to automatically update themselves go to your devices settings > iTunes & App Store.
To update all your apps open the App Store and select updates. Tap update all if you want to update all of your apps. You may be able to update them individually as well. We recommend backing up your phone regularly to prevent possible loss when update your phone. Some apps might need to be connected to WI-FI to update. Be aware of how much data you are using if you're not connected WI-FI as this can be expensive.
Try Restarting Your Device
Turn your device off and then turn it back on.
Reinstall the App
Remove the app from your device. You can do this by tapping and holding your finger on the app's icon. This will cause an 'x' to appear in the top-left corner of the app. By clicking the 'x' it will delete the app. You can download the app again from the App Store.
If it's Still Not Working
If you're still having difficulties with apps that don't work you'll need to contact the developer. If you search for your affected app on the Appcessible website you can find a link to individual developer's websites.
